When I get to tell parents that their child’s medication has been approved by their insurance. The approval process can take weeks or even months to be approved due to the cost of the medication and changes happening in health care.

What’s your favorite thing about the hospital?
My co-workers are my favorite part. We are family and share everything - through the good and bad times. Oh, and the desserts, they are the best.
