Intended for Pediatric Upper Extremity Surgeons and other Orthopedic Surgeons with an interest in recent developments and advances, as well as management of the pediatric upper extremity patient.  Primary care physicians and allied health professionals are also welcome, but are reminded that the program is concerned specifically with pediatric orthopedics and the upper extremity. 

There will be focus on recent developments and advances in the area of pediatric upper extremity surgery, management options for a variety of upper extremity conditions, and discussion of treatment options in cleft hand/foot treatment as well as treatment of clinodactyly.  

Breakfast will be available at 7:15 a.m. both days, and lunch on Friday only.  Registration is required.

This event is a wonderful tribute to the careers of Drs. Ezaki and Carter, who have served as great teachers and mentors to many hand surgeons in addition to developing innovative and state-of-the-art treatments for pediatric hand conditions.  We will have a Visiting Professor, Dr. Stéphane Guéro from Paris, France, who will give presentations throughout the meeting, which will begin on Friday morning, October 20th, and end at noon on Saturday, October 21st.

Course Credit Information
The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center designates this live activity for a maximum of 10.5 hours of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.  

The abstract deadline is now September 15th, with Notification of Acceptance on, or about October 1st.  The website includes a form to submit a brief topic description (limit 250 characters).  This will be sent to Dr. Oishi and Dr. Stutz, who will possibly contact the applicant with questions, then make a decision and notify as listed above.  

Course Fee
Registration Fee is $100 before September 29, and $125 after September 29.  Registration will close on October 16, 2017.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registrants may request a refund for program fees when the event is canceled for unforeseen issues.  Request for refund for other reasons must be submitted more than 7 days prior to an event: later requests will not be refunded.  If participants do not attend, they are still responsible for full payment.
